Refund & Rework Policy

At BookMyBroom, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning and painting services across Jamshedpur. However, to maintain transparency and consistency, we follow a clear No Refund policy.

🔁 No Refund After Service Completion

Once a service has been completed (cleaning or painting), no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We request customers to thoroughly inspect the work before the team leaves the premises.

🧹 Free Rework Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the service, we offer:

• Free Rework within 24 hours of service completion.

• This includes rectifying missed spots, touch-ups, or quality concerns.

• Rework will be done only for the specific area where the issue is reported.

To claim a rework:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of the service.

2. Provide photos or description of the concern.

3. Our team will schedule a rework visit as early as possible.

❌ Conditions Where Rework Will Not Apply:

• Complaints made after 24 hours of service.

• Issues arising due to external factors (e.g., rain, dust storms, third-party damage).

• Uncooperative or unsafe environments for rework teams.
