2. Services Offered

• House Painting (Interior, Exterior, Texture, Waterproofing)

• Cleaning (Bathroom, Kitchen, Sofa, House Deep Cleaning)

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location, scope of work, and season.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or our official website.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance, based on the service type.

• We accept payments via UPI, cash, bank transfer, and other approved methods.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may attract a fee or forfeit advance payment.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather issues, equipment breakdown), we reserve the right to reschedule the service with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered and acknowledged by the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property and availability of water and electricity.

• Secure all valuables and personal belongings before the service begins.

• Provide accurate information regarding the condition and size of the area to be serviced.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we aim to provide the highest quality service, we shall not be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing damages or defects.

• Minor scratches or stains due to intensive cleaning.

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
